Our wedding packages offer varying levels of service – meeting all of your planning and coordination needs – but also stay within your budget. Every wedding is different and unique, we customize all of our packages to suit your individual needs.

Simply Yours
Month Of Planning & Coordination Package

Unlimited phone, text, and email advice and answers to questions
One visit to ceremony and reception venues prior to wedding day (Outside the East Texas area extra travel expenses will be charged)
Referrals to reputable vendors and advice regarding contracts
Offer advice on etiquette and protocol
Offer creative and unique style ideas
Assistance in developing your wedding day timeline and checklist
Manage and oversee all vendor activity on wedding day
Rehearsal direction (Not to exceed 1 hour)
Observe and direct general event progression for ceremony/reception (up to 8 hours.)
Certified wedding coordinator and assistant wedding coordinator for the day of event.

By Design Package

Includes all details of other package +
Monitor budget with client
10-12 pre-planning hours included
Offer advice and execution of ceremony/reception design
Assist in selecting venue location
Research/recommend qualified vendors based on your budget and taste
Review and negotiate contracts for vendors
Attend most vendor meetings as needed
Monitor vendor contractual obligations
Track payments and due dates
Design floor plan layout and set-up of ceremony and reception
Execute all wedding day activities
Venue inspection and final walk through
Advice for invitations, seating charts, and place cards
Observe and direct general event progression for ceremony/reception (up to 10 hours.)
